The year's number one social event of American men who enjoy spending their Sundays posted on the couch. (hehe) Personally.. I wonder what's wrong w/ me? I find the making, designing, and gazing into, images such as this..

I find images such as this infinitely more interesting than watching football games.

Actually.. I wonder just how "weird" I am?

Such as.. JonJon, my boyfriend, LOVES playing video games.. We've been "an item" for more than 10 years now and he still plays video games as intently as when we first met. But me.. idk.. I get bored after the 19th hour. (which for me is usually less than the second hours)

But.. I have yet to become bored watching who gets Daily Deviations here on dA. Usually.. It's how I start most days.. Such as today.. Super Bowl Sunday.. I really do feel love for this DD which was awarded this morning..

And.. Rather than playing video games.. I find myself watching how many view hits my favorite deviations receive. Right now.. I can truly say to the whole world that I'm feeling warm fuzzies b/c I just noticed this one is approaching 400,000 views.. (I hope it breaks 500,000 views this year)

And weather anyone believes me or not.. I really do feel sad b/c I just removed these two deviations from our group. Both of these were in over 5 groups w/ less than 500 views.

I hope everyone understands this group is actually a game. A game much the same as Super Bowl Sunday. But rather than one day per year, we play our game 24/7/365. Our "game" is designed to get "our" deviations over 2,000 views as quickly as possible.

And here is how we do this.. We use the dynamics of groups here on dA, and we allow any and all viewers to have a "say".

The admin of this group will accept deviations for this group, which we find artistically impressive, that have less than 100 views IF.. That deviation is in less than 5 groups. But we require that piece to reach 100 views in one week from the date placed in our group. If that deviation does not reach 100 views, I then remove it from our galleries.

When a deviation is in more than 5 groups.. We require 500 views. If that deviation does not reach 500 views, again I remove it from our galleries.

When placed in more than 10 groups.. We require 1,000 views.

More than 15 groups.. 1,500 views.

And then.. When we get to 20 groups.. We have made it to our magic number.. 2,000 views!!!

Hopefully all of this is properly expressed on our About Us page hot-y-chromosomes.deviantart.c… And also I have written other journals about our basic parameters such as this one.. hot-y-chromosomes.deviantart.c…

But here is the sweetest part of all.. After we, the admin of this group, have removed YOUR deviation from this group.. When your piece again falls w/in our parameters, please submit to us again and watch what happens...

On the first day a piece goes into our group it gains a lot of views. But after a few days, the view numbers do not change very much because it is in the group. It's only those first two or three days that "matter". By resubmitting the deviation to this group, you again gain a nice surge of the view numbers on your deviation.

Something which I hope is completely obvious..

It is our hope to make a difference! We may even somehow assist is huge worldwide political debates, by simply being ourselves. What am I talking about? We designed our game to coarse the members of this group to click on our favorite deviations a few times per week. WE increase the view numbers.

btw.. I'm sure everyone knows that the programs of these computing devices are set to favor higher stats. So more and more people will be exposed to stuff which we have selected simply b/c we do what we do. Maybe the audiences of our selected artists will then grow. Who knows? Point.. The "game" of this group is also designed to get our members thinking about clicking on their selections a few times weekly.

But no matter what "game" we are playing.. Here's wishing everyone a fun Game Day!
